Open Sunday – "Fit in den Frühling"

On Sunday, March 30, 2025, the “Fit in den Frühling” event in Reutlingen city center invites you to a day full of fitness, health and wellness. Visitors can discover the latest trends in sports, healthy snacks and spring decorations, and experience sports demonstrations and workshops. And if you want to get your shopping heart racing: With open doors and great offers, Reutlingen's stores invite you to an unforgettable shopping experience.

1st Tulip Sunday on April 13 & 2nd Tulip Sunday on April 27

Tulip show at the trial field of the Samen-Fetzer company under the motto “What's blooming there?”. Music and refreshments will be provided. The Protestant church and the seed trade museum are open on this day.

GardenLife

Around 130 selected exhibitors awaken the blooming life in the historic Pomologie park in Reutlingen. Here you will find a wealth of beautiful and new ideas for the garden: from high-quality plants and rare plants to seeds, tools and garden accessories.

Street Food Fiesta

Over 20 international street food artists await you at the street food event with a variety of dishes ranging from traditional to modern. Experience live cooking, learn tips from experienced chefs and enjoy handmade music from street musicians. The festively decorated Bürgerpark with its fairy lights and cozy seating invites you to enjoy and linger.

Old Town Race

The Old Town Race in Reutlingen is a popular running event that takes place every year in the heart of the historic old town. Reutlinger Schwörtag

Every year on the second Sunday after the 4th of July, we in Reutlingen celebrate Schwörtag, commemorating over 400 years of tradition as a free imperial city. A long weekend full of history, entertainment and community awaits you from July 11 to 13, 2025.

The Swabian market in Reutlingen invites you to discover and enjoy regional products from the Swabian Alb biosphere area. Wine Festival

At the end of August, it's time again for the Reutlingen Autumn around Reutlingen's Marienkirche! For two weekends, the wine festival innkeepers invite you into their cozy arcades, where you can enjoy delicious specialties and a good atmosphere as well as over 80 selected wines, sparkling wine and champagne. Whether from near or far - everyone is welcome to enjoy the festival and hopefully great weather together!

Open Sunday „Tag der Sicherheit“

On Sunday, October 12, Reutlingen will be open for shopping from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. - accompanied by the “Tag der Sicherheit”. In addition to extensive shopping, visitors can look forward to a varied program of events involving the police, fire department and rescue services.

Once again this year, visitors to Reutlingen can look forward to a festively illuminated city center that invites them to go Christmas shopping. In addition to the individual Black Weekend promotions from Reutlingen's retailers, visitors can also enjoy culinary delights from Reutlingen's restaurants.

Christmas market

Christmas is in full swing in Reutlingen's city center and Bürgerpark. While the festively decorated stalls around Marienkirche offer arts and crafts, gifts and culinary delights such as mulled wine and roasted almonds, the Bürgerpark becomes a winter meeting place for young and old.
