Falscher Marmor und glühende Sterne
Carrara mit Gastini, Spagnulo, Zorio
EN
The poetic group exhibition False Marble and Glowing Stars presents around 40 works by four artists from northern Italy who represent the fusion of emotion and rationality. In paintings, works on paper, sculptures and large-scale installations, they explore central and timeless themes such as nature, energy, myth and mimesis. All four artists move between discourse and intuition, perception and concept, feeling and reason in their own unique ways.
The exhibition combines works from the 1970s by three renowned artists sometimes associated with Arte Povera—Marco Gastini, Giuseppe Spagnulo, and Gilberto Zorio—with a comprehensive cross-section of works by emerging artist Linda Carrar
